About
Ville Houttu is a serial founder, CEO, and keynote speaker based in Arizona. Originally from Finland, he moved to California in 2016 to build Vincit's U.S. subsidiary from scratch, growing it to an eight-figure exit and earning recognition on the INC5000 Fastest Growing Companies list three years in a row.
He has spoken on the TEDx stage, been featured on Adam Grant's WorkLife podcast, and his work has appeared in Forbes, TechCrunch, Inc. Magazine, and Harvard Business Review. He was a finalist in the Nordic Business Forum Speaker Contest and the 2023 EY Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Today he leads A-CX, a software engineering and AI company that helps enterprises design, build, and govern AI at scale through A-CX AI Nexus. He holds an MS in Engineering and coaches high school mountain biking when he's not racing single-speed in the desert.
